Restful

Liked: Location is great - free parking available. Rooms with see view. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: It was winter and the central heating was switched off at midnight. We had to use an oil filled radiator in the bedroom which meant the bathroom was freezing during the night.

Affordable comfort, clean rooms, friendly...

Liked: The rooms are very clean and cosy. Staff very friendly and any issues were dealt with quickly. We've stayed here a few times, and will continue to do, when we return to Hartlepool
Disliked: There's nothing really to complain about, for the money, there are no issues

Good apart from room location

Liked: The location and facilities are excellent and the bar area as well
Disliked: Next time I stay here I would certainly want a room on 1st floor ,as the room we had No2 was lots of noise from above I think it must have been staff quarters the noise started very early
