Negative first impression but sorted...

Liked: Smell of cigarette smoke coming from vent in bathroom. Noise from rooms above using toilet and walking around.

Excellent!

Liked: Great location, away from the city chaos and yet so close to all the attractions. Lovely and helpful staff. Room was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Fresh and delicious fruit in the room as well as in the lobby were great touch.
