Liked: the location excellent near to every thing7-9 mins to Selfridges20 mins to Harrods10-13 mins bond St
Disliked: The size of the room too small, and the dont change the bed set everyday.many many times i noticed dirty on the pillow case and the bed sheet.

Liked: I recently stayed at this property and had a fantastic experience. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions. I read the reviews before I booked, and they weren’t very good, but I decided to try it myself. I was impressed; it was totally not what I expected.
Disliked: While my stay was overall pleasant and the location was convenient, I think they could improve breakfast options to enhance the guest experience. Most of the food was not halal, which made it difficult for me to find suitable options.

Liked: I liked how the staff was so friendly and helpful in our whole stay and provided everything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect and near all the tourist spots. I also liked the hotel’s catering and hospitality.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.Everything was immaculately clean.Excellent location.
Disliked: The room I was in wasn't massively soundproofed, I could hear the next room quite loudly. It didn't affect my stay but might be a negative for light sleepers.
