10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Liked: Room and breakfast were great. Perfect for anyone doing a course for Fire Aid, only a 10 minute walk to facitly. Less then 5 mins to the centre of hythe where you can find everything you need i.e. grocery store, pubs and restaurants. Well looked after by owners. The area had a water outage and the owners went out and got everyone water bottles so they could stay hydrated. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the location and the property.

Disliked: Can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better. Limited parking at hotel when busy, but public parking nearby

Liked: Very close to the Fire Aid School. And the use of the microwave in the evening helps to save money
Disliked: Only issue was a boiler in the corner of my room. It was making noise through the night
