Spotless rooms, very friendly and...

Liked: Living in N. Wales and being a Working Volunteer at the nearby Great Central Railway, I've been a loyal and regular customer for many years. Traditionally and historically I always breakast there with friends on Sundays when attending the various railway events. Over the years I've stayed in most of the suites and ground floor rooms. Because of their popularity, I have to accept what is available when booking to. The rooms are spotless, well appointed and the food is excellent too. Invariably, with friends I regularly enjoy an evening cuisine there too. Over the years I've formed close friendships with the staff too.
Disliked: Nothing. Why fix something that isn't broken.

All in all everything was...

Liked: Everything, the staff and the proprietor were excellent, very attentive even though they were very busy when we arrived. The room was clean, pleasant and as expected. Our evening meal and breakfast were both of an excellent quality and served in a very pleasant and attentive fashion, all in all everything was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good.

Lovely hotel serving great food...

Liked: Loved the room, dinner was great. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and we’ll definitely be back especially as our daughter and her boyfriend live in Loughborough.
