Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.

Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Liked: Bad: Shower was a bit cold and difficult to use. A bit too hot at night. Heathclub too crowded so felt unpleasant. Having to pay extra for parking.Good: Friendly staff, fun travelling round resort and going to different locations. Liked shopping mall and buzz of the place. Good restaurants and evening entertainment. Enjoyed spa treatment.

Liked: Well laid out hotel, with exceptional facilities. A good combination of facilities to suit all the family needs. One of the lifts was out of action during our stay, which did cause long waits for a lift. But this was compensated by excellent customer service.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the cellar bar and happy hour :)
Disliked: The room needed some TLC and the air conditioning wasn't working. We stayed in the main hotel last time and much preferred being closer to everything.We booked in to use the swim and spa facilities. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working and we weren't informed about this or we would have booked in to the gold club pool. The lockers also didn't work and I wasn't happy leaving my stuff in an open locker so I couldn't relax.
