Liked: Staff keen to help, and very approachable. Fantastic!
Disliked: A little bit of shampoo.

Room was clean and well maintained. Nothing special but was nice and close to the ICC so in terms of making my next morning a simple process I’d give them 5 stars for location. Wouldn’t go here again as for the money it didn’t feel like good value.

Disliked: Bar and restaurant not available due to a private event. Never knew this when booking. Was then still charged £5 for them to bring food to my room. Daylight robbery!

Disliked: Air conditioning in the room always blew cold air. Couldn't get temperature above 18 degrees. No one came to help after informing front desk.Meal in Pad restaurant was not nice. Mentioned it 3 times to waitress who brushed it off with a giggle. The 3rs time we were offered the desert menu.
