A really good location for...
Liked: The breakfast was very good as we're the hosts.
Disliked: The room could have been slightly warmer at tea time however the radiators made the room lovely and warm late evening.

Very comfortable, quiet and convenient
Liked: We were welcomed by Janet and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal she could for us.
Disliked: We like to have a top sheet although not many people do. We find this much more comfortable and allows us to vary the cover we have - I was too hot under the duvet

Liked: We had an apartment which meant our son could have his own room. A peaceful setting in the countryside just outside the city.

Disappointing
Liked: Nice setting in a quiet village, beautiful house, and hosts were very welcomingWhen raised issues, the owners were willing to come with a feather duster to clean and were assured that the room had been throughly cleaned before arrival.Welcome pack with ample informationTea,coffee,sugar, and milk provided 🙂
Disliked: We stayed in the saddlery, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard.Cobwebs in the cups and glasses, around the window, and dust in the bathroom around toilet roll holder and dusty skirting boards.Rust from the bottoms of the tea and coffee cannisters.The tv buzzed continuously, which made it unwatchable.The bed was quite hard and squeaky, the WiFi signal was poor.Was woken up at 7:10am by a artic lorry on the drive, and chainsawing up a huge fallen tree, right outside our bathroom window.Would've have been nice to be warned about that happening.
