The staff were so helpful...

Liked: This hotel is close to London and has a wonderful reception and bar area.
Disliked: There were tears in the curtains and a large crack in the sink.

My family made it enjoyable....

Liked: It was a lovely building
Disliked: It was quite dated. My room had marks on the carpet and walls. The bath and shower were not great.The food was not pleasant I had to send it back, when it came back it was flavourless and lukewarm. We had to wait ages for drinks whilst others walked in and were served immediately. There was one person behind the bar who was clearly not managing. The bar space was built up with dirty glasses!! Not the nicest place to meet with family.
