Liked: My partner and I had booked 2 nights but unfortunately couldn't arrive for the first night due to a family emergency. Upon arrival to check in on the second day, the hotel had kindly upgraded the room to a beautiful, large, premium room with a four poster bed, as they weren't able to refund the first night due to the booking conditions. This was a really nice touch, thank you.

VERY DISSAPPOINTED - Extremely Outdated...

Disliked: Myself and my partner booked 1 night in a Suite for £150. On arrival we were very shocked to find the room was extremely outdated, lacked any decor, and was not at all as portrayed in the photos on Booking.com. The room was bare, with absolutely no luxury touches or the modern features I had expected based on photos. When I voiced my concerns to the hotel front desk, I was told that the photos were just a representation of the rooms, and I would need to contact Booking.com directly to request a refund or make a complaint. Neither booking.com have given any compensation or commented on updating photos for better representation of the hotel for future guests.Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.Strongly suggest booking somewhere else Photos show we got vs what was advertised

Beautiful Hotel - Highly Recommend

Liked: Beautifully renovated hotel, very spacious throughout, comfy & spacious bed, garden view room & one of the best showers I've experienced in a hotel (and I travel alot!). Ample parking.We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and good portion size. Our waiter was very attentive. My partner wasn't feeling great so we enjoyed some room service too.Warm welcome from Reception upon checking in and out.Ideal location for exploring the area. Will definitely stay again.
