Lovely short stay

Liked: A lovely hotel in nice grounds. I stayed in a junior suite and the room was beautiful. Food at the Lavender restaurant was also excellent.

Lovely for a short stay

Liked: Staying in the main house was beautiful even with the obstacle of stairs, however staff showed us a short cut to reduce the number to climb. Electric car charging available which was really good although it is prepay which is annoying. Dinner was lovely and relaxed as was breakfast.
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay for longer!

Liked: Beautifully done. The design and decor in the Manor House are stunning. Our room was immaculate, clean and beautifully decorated. Large grounds, very peaceful.
Disliked: We were the only couple in the dining room, but somehow the waitress managed to get our order wrong. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast, but the fruit and cereals were not as good quality as they could have been. The fruit salad was not cut fresh that morning. A little more attention needed. The swimming pool would be lovely, but it is currently in disrepair and out of action.

British meets international

Liked: Location, House & Gardens beautifully kept. New glamorous furniture styling mixed with the original architecture and British styling worked...gave it the modern touch. We were staying in the new.coach house which was great.
Disliked: The wardrobe space a.bit small and would have liked a bath not shower . No netflix app.
