Disliked: I thought i would treat myself and stay somewhere a bit more expensive... Cleanliness not so great, random peanuts under the bed and debris on the carpet. Ordered room service the first night, left some of it and the plate wasn't removed out of my room by housekeeping, I came back to a room smelling of food going off...On my last night I decided to get room service as I had to leave early the next morning so wouldn't get breakfast, spent 40 minutes trying to call with no answer, decided to go to reception to be informed thre restaurant wasn't open, even though it should have been! No apology, no offer of anything as a goodwill gesture, was very disappointed with how it was dealt with. I was supposed to be staying here next year, but I've cancelled the booking, very expensive and not worth the money, very disappointed ☹️
