The location is perfect for spending time in the theatre district and it's near Central Park, too. It felt safe, with security in the lobby. Comfortable bed, room was clean, staff were friendly. Sure, it's old and plain, but who goes to New York to spend time in the room? Would have liked a mini-fridge though, just to keep snacks and drinks cool.

Liked: Clean and quiet; friendly staff, could control room temperature.
Disliked: No mini-fridge.

Bad

Liked: Very shabby and old. You have to stand in line for 3 hours to get checked. The staff is very rude and indifferent, and the rooms are very dirty. Everything is broken in the bathrooms.

Liked: The pictures don’t look like the rooms at all the heater made a strange noise all night which made it difficult to sleep n theirs was no bathroom in lobby when i arrived

Liked: Location of the property was perfect!
Disliked: Pictures of the rooms online were nothing like the actual rooms. Bathrooms sink, shower were all mold and rusted. The ceiling above the shower was water stained and decaying.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very noisy early…cleaners banging around in the hall. Paid a lot for the room and then had to pay for breakfast.

Disliked: At first I was like let me give them a try then boom, the first moment I walked In customer service was horrible, I asked to switch rooms but they were doing construction on top of my room which was loud and absolutely the fool. The ceiling In the bathroom was awful, the toilet leak, the sink leaked!!! And the tube was absolutely worse. I am really bothered by this and hope something could be fixed
