Liked: Fantastic location and check in .Good service at the bar.
Disliked: Unfortunately the heating in room 602 didn't work! In fact it blew out cold air.We had an uncomfortable night trying to keep warm.We called maintenance and they couldn't help except for a small electric radiator which couldn't heat the room.When we mentioned it at check out they knocked off Won't be returning

Liked: Excellent staff, everybody was extremy nice very good location, very clean, nice view, very nice surroundings, nice bars and restaurants, exactly on this street, I will for sure come back at this hotel

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

Liked: The location is excellent and close to restaurants, cafes and Oxford Street I would like to thank two people at the reception. I think the person’s name is Radwan and the lady, I don’t know her name I would like to thank the room service for the continuous cleaning and also the morning breakfast and staff
