Liked: Excellent location Room service and concerge were very polite The sweet girl upon check-in was so polite and helpful ❤️ she is quick and smart .
Disliked: Room without sound proof, whenever they start cleaning in the morning it is so loud , maybe door stopper should be used while cleaning as they keep banging door in and out. I informed front desk but nothing changed .Ladys at the reception very serious.

Liked: GBP 50/- was blocked as a guarantee for any extra charges, during the check out i paid cash for the charge of room service. However, the hotel only returned GBP 27.120 not the 50! I sent msg without any response from the hotel

Liked: The staff here are wonderful and always very pleasant and welcoming and the location is perfect.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was a lot smaller than I had anticipated it to be.
