Great overnight stay

Liked: Great location, went in the week and got an upgrade to deluxe. Great size room, big bed and all staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: Only downside, we could not isolate the lights in the main room. It was all on or all off, could not just have bedside lamp on.

Hotel in central neighbourhood near...

Liked: Comfortable hotel in historical building, located in busy neighbourhood close to Bond Street, good breakfast buffet and coffee machine in room.
Disliked: Bed lights should have their own switch, not a general light switch.

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible for a 4 star establishment the chef should be able to do poached eggs and ensure pastry’s and waffles were not over cooked.

Liked: I have stayed at The Mandeville several times and usually have a very positive and comfortable experience. We experienced major problems with room and as a consequence, had an uncomfortable and terrible night's sleep Staff are aware of the details.
Disliked: Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly.
