A Short Getaway in the...

Liked: 1. The location is perfect as it is very close to Oxford Street. We usually use Bond Street Underground to go around apartment from Oxford Circus and Marble Arch Stations.2. The maintenance of the rooms is still pretty good. This was our 2nd time staying here.3. They gave us a complimentary upgrade room for our 2nd night due to some issues. That was fantastic!
Disliked: 1. Our actual room's heater wasn't working properly the first night and it was cold. The night staff wasn't helpful (didn't bring the mobile heater) and informed us they will send a maintenance technician the next morning. No one came, so we made a complaint the next morning and day shift people apologized and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Now that was fantastic.2. There was an in-room night menu that starts 11pm - 6am. We wanted to order something under room service around 11.15pm, but the restaurant was closed. So not too sure what was the menu for.

Good location, but comes at...

Liked: The location is good, that's all I have to positively say about this hotel.
Disliked: The windows in our room were so old they were not double glazed, could hear various noises from outside and two sets of curtains definitely needed to help with noise and heating for sure.Air conditioning blower was so loud and noisy and had an intermittent knocking noise and a drainage noise also.No toothpaste in the bathroom.Bathroom was incredibly dated along with the rest of the hotel.Our bedroom was absolutely tiny, like super small.TV was awkward to navigate.I would not stay here again, it is incredibly dated, but they would call it vintage, however it is just old old old, they have tried to modernize the bathroom in our room, but it hasn't really worked with exposed areas under the sink that were dusty, In fact there were various dusty areas in our room.Bes was super uncomfortable.The lights were an absolute joke to figure out

Fantastic Hotel in Fabulous Location...

Liked: What a fantastic hotel! Great value and in the best location! Close to many beautiful shops and gorgeous restaurants and bars. The staff are so lovely in this hotel, there is nothing they wouldn't do to make your stay comfortable and happy. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the lovely team at The Mandeville Hotel!
