Lovely overnight stay

Liked: Great location, views, beautiful bar, friendly staff, doggy friendly
Disliked: Bed seemed a bit too small, but we do have a super king at home so going to a double will seem smaller to us

Fabulous stay

Liked: We booked this hotel as a last-minute break as I was walking the Malvern Hills with friends. The hotel felt like it had been recently renovated. Everything was of a good standard and very clean. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a very good size, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we were in the area again. The one thing that would have made it even better would be if they served cocktails.

Liked: Its totally dog friendly & relaxing. Nothing could be better after a day of adventure than sitting comfortably with our pup having a lovely dinner!
Disliked: we booked 2 rooms , our room was great with a lovely view from the bathroom but the other room wasn't quite as good and was not next door to us.

Liked: Room was great - really comfortable and clean. Food was great and staff were very helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Pillows weren't great but we often have issues with hotel pillows. It would have helped to have a couple of alternative ones available.
