Disliked: Breakfast seemed particularly early times, especially when busy and booking a time for breakfast. Yet is seemed opened for visitors to pop in and order after the hotel breakfast time ( last order 9am)

Pleasant

Liked: yet again, the mattress was hard as a rock, and I was desperate to just lay down and physically relax.
Disliked: I was not alone for another guest was in a similar physical state to myself after their rock hard mattress was impossible to sleep on. It may have been classed as hotel grade mattress whatever the means, sadly laying on concrete was torture so much as we love Malvern hill hotel, we will think twice about staying again. how about advertising the comfort of your mattresses? Disliked: Problem with heating in the room but was resolved with a plug in radiator

Very good standard apart from...

Liked: Excellent location for walking. Lovely staff at Reception and in the restaurant.
Disliked: Our room was very cold on arrival. We complained and were told the radiators weren’t working. The lady on Reception brought two heaters but it took a while to warm up.
