Great kittle find

Liked: Great room, large and comfortable.Nice comfy beds, lots of living space area and cooking facilities if needed
Disliked: Room very hot - rads were turned to full heat, a bit to hot for my liking - switched off radiator and opended windows, everything then more comfy

Very cute and clean hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: It was so noisy. First room had the fans outside our bedroom window, sounded like a car engine running in Our bedroom, we had to move rooms at 2am as there was no way you could sleep with the noise. Next room had water flowing sounds on and off all the time. And fire alarm testing 5 or 5 times from 8am.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Very centrally located. Clean, modern and has a lovely atmosphere
Disliked: I didn't have hot water for a shower one of the mornings. Slightly inconvenient and I survived

BOB'S Stay in The Malone...

Liked: Ashling in Reception was lovely upon check in. In fact we went Tim Hortons and took her back some Dougnuts. The Hotel had organised little surprises that I had paid for in own rooms for My Wife & my Sister..upon entering our Rooms 124 & 125.
Disliked: The cost of breakfast was crazy. Maybe hotel management ( The Hastings Group ) could look at this ASAP. You lost 3 adults for breakfast on 2 mornings.£16 upon checking in£18 there afterwardsStrange way

Liked: The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful amd accommodating. Our room was very clean and spacious and so comfortable. We will definitely be back!
