Still a 4-star hotel with...

Liked: This is my second review; I labeled the first one "A 4-star hotel with a 1-star service". The rating hasn't improved, because the hotel staff hasn't improved either. So nothing I like unfortunately. Once this hotel's competitions spring up around them, and with their rating steadily dropping, not sure what else they'll have going for them.
Disliked: The staff:* they don't smile (one of them feels like you're talking to Jason Bourne)* they don't fix their lousy wifi (so basic) that is unstable and keeps dropping. * they pick up dirty bath robe from the floor and just put it back onto clean surface instead of washing it.* they gaslight you when you tell them your problem, telling you it's not a problem. * they are not knowledgeable and give you wrong advise. e.g. can't do basic deposit reversal, and if you ask them how long it'll take one will tell you next day, another in 3-5 days, another in 6-7 business days - all over the place. Finally I have to ask Wise and they tell you it's a month but that the hotel could've just manually expedite it. I have CAD 400 on hold frozen that I can't use still to-date. Other hotels don't seem to get stumped on such basic tasks like these guys. Their outdoor hot tub is also filthy. Went at night and there were dead insects and white bits of floating stuff in the water.
