Disliked: The breakfast is not worth €15pp!Did not cater to different dietary requirements.Very small breakfast selection.The selection of cheese was touching the ham.As I cancelled the breakfast I had to pay €50 for 1 breakfast and all I had was 2 hot drinks and 2 croissants.Very Dissatisfied with the breakfast and how the staff dealt with my complaint.My room was directly opposite the staff room so we would constantly hear staff coming in and out. The soundproofing is poor.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast service was excellent and a very good selection. The room was very clean bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional, luggage taken up to our room on arrival front desk staff pointed out all the tourist site and directions taxis within 5 minutes. Very close to the main train & bus station. We would stay at this hotel again the area was very quiet at night, good restaurants close by.

Nicely renovated hotel, but with...

Liked: This hotel has a very good location, especially if you arrive to Termini. A cozy rooftop restaurant and bar can help you relax after long walks in Rome. There are very comfortable beds.
Disliked: I understand that the hotel located in the old building, but still I think it is unacceptable for 4* hotel to have problems with the ventilation that spreads disgusting sewage smell in corridors and rooms. Also, they can make their breakfast slightly more different from day to day, otherwise it's too boring to have the same selection every other morning.

Liked: Location was perfect and staff were amazing, super helpful and welcoming They have left and it was so clean and they made sure to confirm our checkout time and if we need any rides to the train On our last day while we were waiting for our ride we ordered some coffee from the cafe at the lobby and they nice to give to us as complementary
Disliked: Need to take care that the 1st 2 coffee capsules are free but the rest are of charge we didn’t know this earlier but the staff were nice not to charge us the extra 2 we used
