Liked: Location was great and the staff very friendly. Room was spacious with a fantastic view
Disliked: Some maintenance elements were poor. Windows - several cracked panes, loose panes and rotted sills/frames. Cistern took 40 minutes to refill. TV reception very pixelated. Took a couple of requests to sort tv and cistern, but they did improve.

Disliked: The room is nothing like the picture displayed on booking.com. Room very small smelt and bathroom disgusting with mould (photos attached). Bed paper thin and not comfortable at all, carpet terrible and whole hotel smelt of drugs (the kind you smoke). Hotel does not cater for disabled who are in wheelchair. I booked the room for my partner who is normally a n a wheelchair but thankfully he did take his crutches. I informed the hotel in advance that my partner cannot walk far but they still provided him with a room to the fastest point of the hotel.

Liked: I liked the pleasant staff. Very accommodating. Happy to try to please, but unknowledgeable of conditions of the room..
Disliked: First room...no shower door. Bedside light not working. Desk extension cord not working in all sockets. Second room TV remote not working. No WiFi. No heating.
