We went to an event at the Norwich Arts Centre and I originally booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arts Centre. What a stroke of luck - our room was overlooking the cathedral; nice and spacious; great bed! We went into the bar and grabbed a quick bite to eat - loved the bar and the food was great; all the staff were very helpful and friendly; can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Had great stay very close...

Liked: A lovely old property enjoyed the stay. Staff very good
Disliked: Because the age of property there is a lot of short staircases to different parts of the hotel. Would not suit a disabled person.Only criticism would be the buffet breakfast on the hot side of it could have been better, the fried eggs were cold and the bake beans dried up.
