We went to an event at the Norwich Arts Centre and I originally booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arts Centre. What a stroke of luck - our room was overlooking the cathedral; nice and spacious; great bed! We went into the bar and grabbed a quick bite to eat - loved the bar and the food was great; all the staff were very helpful and friendly; can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice hotel

Liked: Perfect position in centre of Norwich. Excellent facilities. Very clean. Good room size. Very friendly staff. We had a courtesy tour of Norwich in a vintage Bentley. Good car parking at the hotel. Would stay there again
Disliked: I thought the bar area was too small but there were plenty of other rooms to sit in

Lovely hotel in the centre...

Liked: A lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location in Norwich. The little pub in the hotel is very cosy.The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The electric car chargers are very slow. We would have been happy to pay more for access to faster chargers.
