We went to an event at the Norwich Arts Centre and I originally booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arts Centre. What a stroke of luck - our room was overlooking the cathedral; nice and spacious; great bed! We went into the bar and grabbed a quick bite to eat - loved the bar and the food was great; all the staff were very helpful and friendly; can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Liked: Junior suite was perfect for a quick get away for my son, my niece and I. A dear lovely room, set up perfectly for our stay. Staff were wonderful, very helpful, charming and smiled!!! Room service available for dinner and breakfast in bed which the kids loved!! Decent selection for breakfast.
Disliked: Water in room was obviously for two people and not three. Room service dinner menu was limited, especially as two of us were vegetarians. Having said that it’s no surprise! Please offer something other than risotto for vegetarians, it’s so dull, I can assure you!!! We were due to go out for dinner, but the kids just wanted to chill and watch a movie. Honestly, these are small things and we had a super stay, but something to consider.

Beautiful hotel in the heart...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in the heart of Norwich. Staff were extremely helpful and even took my bag up to my room before I checked in. Room was very clean and luxurious. Very comfy bed too and kettle in the room. Fantastic stay and will be returning again.

Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Norwich. The hotel is superb. Only slight problem was an iPad supplied in the room couldn't be used as the charging lead was broken. When we reported this to reception they said they would get it sorted asap. All the staff we encountered were fantastic, particularly the barman and the man in charge of breakfast arrangements. We had an early train to catch and needed a slightly earlier breakfast than the normal Sunday timings but they were very good at helping to accommodate our request.
Disliked: Only the supplied iPad charging lead which was broken.

Lovely Hotel with great location...

Liked: Room was nice & comfy. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Best of all was the location as central to shops, restaurants & sight seeing. Plenty of car parking but at discounted £10 per night .
Disliked: Would have preferred a fresh cooked English breakfast or omelet rather than buffet, but buffet was okay & plenty of choice.
