We went to an event at the Norwich Arts Centre and I originally booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Arts Centre. What a stroke of luck - our room was overlooking the cathedral; nice and spacious; great bed! We went into the bar and grabbed a quick bite to eat - loved the bar and the food was great; all the staff were very helpful and friendly; can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a great stay.

Disliked: I would have appreciated healthier options on the dinner and bar mernu : plenty of vegetables, nuts, seeds

Liked: Staff were courteous & professional; location was perfect, close to the cathedral & short walk from train station & central shopping areas; fabulous quality of food at breakfast. Highly recommended & will certainly revisit in future ☺️
Disliked: Bar quite small & overwhelmed by group event when I visited. As a solo traveller this felt quite unwelcoming.

Liked: Nothing about this hotel I liked it.
Disliked: This hotel supposed to be dog friendly. It's actually not!!!! You do not need a wake up call because the staff wake you up nine o'clock a pronte. Do not even go to the bar area, waste of time. The charge me on the first day more money that a booking.com actually charged me. I will not recommend it if you've got dogs to stay in this hotel. Overall performance of the hotel very poor.
