Liked: Location, bedroom size is large and beautiful room and hotel with all amenities and then some. Great customer service, friendly staff.

Fabulous - definitely will stay...

Liked: Loved the lobby and extra touches - coffee, apples, fire place newspaper, and AMAZING flowers My room details - chocolates, turndown, Frette linens and Occitane products were very much appreciated... love those products. Also a lovely surprise on sat evening to have a glass of bubbles to celebrate my time in Victoria. I loved that the lobby feels like a drawing room in my home that I could enjoy at the end of an evening. As someone travelling alone I felt comfortable. Am stealing the idea of lighting under the vanity in the bathroom - so helpful as hotel bathrooms don't have night lights usually - and motion sensored even cleverer.
Disliked: Only one tiny point - please can there be a yoga mat in the gym.
