Superb

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located near the shopping area. The best part about the hotel was that they had a bidet in the bathroom which was one of the main reasons I chose it.
Disliked: The staff is a bit slow at times.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay due to the decor of the hotel, location and especially the bedrooms. The interior was exactly how we had seen in the images online and what we wished for it to look like in real life. Door staff were also very helpful upon waiting for taxis and offered to speak to the taxi drivers on behalf of us.
Disliked: We had requested an early check-in a week or two before arrival and was told at the time of arrival the room wasn’t ready nor was an early check in guaranteed despite the note ahead of time on the system. The lounge / bar area was extremely busy due to everyone using this as a space to wait for their room allocation making it feel over crowded at times and uncomfortable to pass through as a guest with all the seating being taken up. I also requested an anniversary note / surprise to be designed in the room on arrival however this was not fulfilled. However, this was fortunately delivered to us after being assigned our room although we had assumed they had forgotten. Le Labo products were in the shower but to prevent guests taking/refilling shower products stickers were tightly stuck down attached to the lid. This was a concern due to the lack of trust/transparency with guests despite the price point of the stay. A hidden ‘holding’ deposit fee of €300 was also required upon check-in for the stay.

Liked: Hotel was great. Staff was excellent. Room was wonderful.
Disliked: The drunk group next door playing loud music and being obnoxious from 3 to 5am. We called front desk but they started back up after security left.

Awful

Liked: My boyfriend and his friend who met him for lunch and shared a club sandwich got food poisoning. The hotel accepted no responsibility despite the fact that was the only meal they shared and both got ill. He was bed bound in the room the entire trip, we were offered no type of compensation and he had to pay to stay there alone another night and miss his flight home with my yesterday as he wasn’t able to fly. Due to my boyfriend being so ill I was confined to the hotel where BOTH restaurants were closed at the weekend

Liked: Large spacious room with very comfortable beds. Location is good, close to most attractions.
Disliked: Frustrating not being able to sit at the hotel bar as it was full of outside instagrammers taking non stop photos of themselves… hotel should prioritise paying guests
