An excellent stay, would recommend...

Liked: All went very well. The location of the hotel was excellent for all the places we wished to see. All within walking distance. The services and staff in the hotel were all excellent.

Liked: Central location for business traveller (close to port and offices of several port-related companies.
Disliked: Nice and clean but an update of the rooms could be a good thing.

I look forward to visiting...

Liked: Fantastic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted with a big smile at reception and provided excellent recommendations for dinner options! The room was fantastic.
Disliked: I was not prepared that the spa area was for available for free to guests on weekdays, so we did not bring our swimsuits! It looked nice!
