I would plan a trip back just to stay at the hotel again.

Liked: Governors lounge was an unexpected perk. Room service was great.
Disliked: Wish the room would have had a soaking tub.

Liked: Friendly staff; was clean; they have a shuttle to and from the venue - driver was very nice. Everything was very good. Went to the bar after the concert - also clean and great bartenders.

We upgraded to the Governor Club for $189 - included was top shelf cocktails and appetizers till 10:30pm. Hotel was beautiful and clean; the pool area and fitness center was big - great for kids too. All together a great experience.

Liked: Price and everything that was included in the Governor Club. Staff was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice place, super close to Orpheum.
Disliked: Got a noise complaint for 3 guys talking at 4am. No music or nothing.
