Good

Disliked: Hot breakfast is not how I expected, shakshuka was bland and had no tomatoes ,tasted horrible. Scrambled eggs were tough as rubber. The guy serving was dressed inappropriately for a serving staff,he kept touching his hair while taking people's food to their table. So unhygienic. His hairdo was nice but I am sure there is a dress code and not a roll out of bed look with dirty shoes. If you can't serve hot food don't say it on your menu and get some expereinced staff please.

Comfortable stay in a historic...

Liked: Loved this hotel! Large room for London and location was great - 8-15 min walk to 3 different stations, and walking distance to a number of sights. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. My husband loved having the pub downstairs so he could grab a pint and wind down after a long day.It was the most expensive hotel we stayed in for our trip, but also our favorite. It is a good value for London.
