Liked: The room was cozy and authentic with wooden beans and antique furniture. And beautiful dog prints and photos on the wall. There was a lovely big shower with fluffy towels and beautiful smelling products. Which are available to buy. There were bottles of water and a safe. It was also nice and warm.The swimming pool is great for a pre dinner swim.The dinner was exceptional. Delicious lamb shanks and halibut. And a plate of small desserts for my birthday. The staff were attentive and friendly. Could not fault the grill room it is magnificent. Atmospheric with the open fire and spectacular antler chandeliers.The breakfast was delicious and again the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The whole stay for my birthday was 10/10 i felt thoroughly spoilt. Thank you Lygon Arms.

Liked: The room far exceeded our expectations, beautifully appointed and well located within the hotel ideal for our family. Oscar, Kyle and Chandel were expectational and looked after us all impeccable

Liked: The staff were so kind to us and very attentive, and because it was our 40th anniversary, they gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic. The service was second to none, and nothing was too much trouble

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. My room was spacious, full of character and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. I didn’t have my dog with me but I would definitely return with him as it’s a truly dog friendly hotel.
Disliked: The lighting in my bedroom was quite subdued, including the bathroom.
