Liked: Location was great , everything else was below average.
Disliked: Hygiene was very bad , room cleaning was really bad. Breakfast was so so so bad , ordered (American/English) breakfast and it was all microwaved and wouldn’t even offer it to my dog. Outrageous prices for laundry services , had to do in in an external facility. Paid around 1000 usd per night and it was not worth more than 200-300 usd.

Liked: Property was gorgeous, staff were very pleasant. Didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant- but it looked lovely. Room very clean, but was small but normal for NYC. Bed super comfy-slept well.

Amazing location, fair management but...

Liked: Location location location - this hotel has an amazing location. The hotel room itself needs some update though. The staff was not as genuine as other hotels in NYC. The doorman would literally see you struggling to open the street door and would still not help you. They would only open it for you if it happens that he was standing right there. The service is pretty slow. They are good in compensating you for inconvenience. For example, I found an insect in my room so they upgraded it. Also, room service did not clean my room so they credit my invoice. I would definitely come back but I just hope they pay attention to the customer especially those at the front desk.

Disappointing service

Liked: Super disappointing stay. Location is great but staff extremely let it down. Stayed for 5 nights and there was no greetings in the morning from anyone. Cockroach in our bathroom on the last day. The bar/restaurant at the hotel is extremely overpriced so keep that in mind. For a 5 star hotel we expected better service.
