Liked: Location to the hospital was excellent. Walking distance to the light rail and shops made it easy to get around and we didn't need to move our car. Room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was dim. Being on the ground floor people walking past could see in so we needed to keep blinds down

Liked: Historical building. Clean and very close to shops and cafes.
Disliked: Breakfast “included” means a voucher to a local cafe (very busy on weekends)

Liked: Great location as it was across the road from the light railway. Plenty of places to eat close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Easy to check in online, very friendly and helpful staff at reception, clean and comfortable room. Location was great for our needs and car parking available. Breakfast at nearby cafe was wonderful. We'll be back.

Disliked: More cupboard space. Wasted space in existing cupboard. No ventilation for the mini fridge for hot air to escape
