That was great
Liked: Best value for money. Excellent location. The room was really spacious. However, the quality of cleaning could be better. I could see dust on all surfaces

I reccomend this place
Liked: The location is perfect, the self-check-in process is very simple, and it allows you to do it at any time. The room was clean, has almost everything you need, and is spacious enough for two people.I read the reviews before booking, and people complain about everything... The pillow is not extremaly thin; it's just made of feathers, so you can shape it however you like.
Disliked: There was no kitchen towel; they provided one only on the last day...

Liked: Love the lubo whenever we stay in Lucerne - such a great spot with great value in the best part of town. Will be back again in the future :)

Liked: Very well located in the center, comfortable room and spacious bathroom (although it was outside the room, but for private use only for the room). The bar downstairs (Rokka) is very good, good service and good breakfast.
