Excellent location and staff on...

Liked: Slightly disappointed I thinkWhen we stopped before you could order a full English breakfast it wasn’t a Buffett. I thought the staff in the restaurant were good.

It’s the kind of hotel...

Liked: From check-in to checkout, everything about The Lowry Hotel was incredible. The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome.The rooms are massive and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.Breakfast was another highlight. Quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and served in a relaxed setting with great service.It’s the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.

Disliked: A planned power outage that had not been briefed to customers before arriving at the hotel. In this situation the hotel should have closed for the night
