Liked: Unfortunately television/media did not work. Reported it but obviously wasn’t fixed for our one night stay

5* service and best location...

Liked: From the moment I arrived, the doorman was so courteous and helpful, I arrived early so was unable to check in immediately, but explained I was attending a meeting. The reception quickly took my details and luggage for storage, and advised when I returned that I could collect my room key.The Manager and all staff in the bar were wonderful and very welcoming, and the cocktails were amazing.I look forward to my return.
