I would highly recommend

Liked: Location fab. Spotless, room gorgeous. Absolutely highly recommend. The only issue was the fire alarm went off shortly after booking in. No one came to let us know we needed to leave the premises. We just took ourselves down to the foyer. We were asked to stand outside until I actually asked if we could go into the Grand until sorted. We received no apology and communication wasn’t good at all. It was a special weekend for my partner, so it was a bit of a downer. However they maintain the hotels to a high standard
Disliked: Lack of communication when fire alarms went off. No explanation

Having paid for a deluxe...

Disliked: The curtains were not attached to rail and wouldnt close. It was reported to reception and staff attempted to resolve but failed to attached all curtains to rail.

Hotel lovely staff lovely food...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and as my mum is 84 and not good mobility the staff very kindly brought our breakfast over to our room from the sister hotel over the road for us.very helpful friendly. Location perfect .Claudia is so nice my mum loves her
Disliked: There is nothing we didn't like we liked everything about our stay .

Disliked: Kitchen stops before 8pm so need to fracture that in if arriving late and hungry.
