Liked: Location , staff , atmosphere , is fantastic , great food , cocktails are fab
Disliked: I know it was a weekend so expect music but on Saturday night we cd hear the music still going past 2 am , they do proved ear plugs but cd still hear it , last time we stayed we were on the next floor up and it was fine So if stayed again would definitely ask for top floor room

Disliked: The squeaky sign outside the bedroom window. Needs some WD40 that’s all.

Liked: The location was great. The guide was lovely. The town information was a great touch to us as we are not local. The staff was great and would help with absolutely everything we needed.
Disliked: Although the room had a lovely view, the sound from the bar and the street was very loud until the early hours of the morning. This venue is great for anyone who plans on experiencing the nightlife in the local area, but it is not great if you want to be asleep prior to midnight.

Disliked: The noise from the pub and road below was unbearable!During breakfast the cleaners were vacuuming and mopping around the table which was not enjoyable at all.

Disliked: The room was disappointing too small for the price we paid, the hot water is scalding and putting signs up warning you of this does not address the issue. No discount offered for residents on drinks or meals in public bar.
