Liked: I paid for a pretty expensive room that should have included breakfast only to be told this morning they’re closed for serving breakfast. I was somewhat disappointed as this was not written on their site.

Liked: Everything great. Perfect location for couples in Shrewsbury. Right in the centre , fantastic staff and very easy check / check out. We'll be back .

Great love hotel and Shrewsbury

Disliked: The Hotels or booking .com website has been hacked and we received numerous requests from booking.com to confirm our booking by clicking on a link and to enter our card details to confirm booking.

Disliked: I know it was a weekend so expect music but on Saturday night we cd hear the music still going past 2 am , they do proved ear plugs but cd still hear it , last time we stayed we were on the next floor up and it was fine So if stayed again would definitely ask for top floor room
