Liked: Location is great by the Shipyard and close to restaurants and the Sea Bus to Vancouver
Disliked: Property is old. While clean, my room smelled of cig smoke from days gone by

Liked: Location by the Shipyards and in the market is excellent. Close to Seabus station as well, so great for out of town travellers.
Disliked: I've stayed at this hotel before and I was disappointed that it was starting to look pretty rundown and smelly. I doubt that I will stay here again - the Shipyards has two other excellent hotels to stay at.

Liked: Beds were fine. Good location.
Disliked: The room needs a major renovation. Furniture old and scratched up. Coffee maker didn’t work. Cleanliness not up to standard. No restaurant for dinner. This hotel hasn’t been kept up.
