Seriously the best hotel I've been to. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They had snacks and a bunch of beverages that were delicious and the bed was super comfy. Highly Recommend.

Outstanding Staff & Location

Liked: Staff is professional and exemplifies true outstanding customer service. Bed is comfortable, and the location is awesome.
Disliked: Smell, I’m sensitive to smells and hotel and my room was smells like humid or molding not sure.

Great stay for going to...

Liked: We stayed at this hotel for a concert at Red Hat Amphitheater. It was walking distance to the venue and we stopped at a food hall for some pretty delicious dinner on the way, thanks to the recommendation of the very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Also, the pillows were the best pillows I've ever experienced at a hotel. I'd love to find them and purchase them for my own house!

Acceptable for a one night...

Liked: The staff were great. Britton worked in the bar area and she was so pleasant and helpful. She is a real asset to the hotel.
Disliked: The room was only ok. It was a bit dated and a bit of an off smell.

Loved our stay

Liked: Exceptional service, coffee bar and hotel lounge. Great for traveling with a dog.
Disliked: Need more surface/storage area in rooms for belongings.
