Liked: Nice decor, however the bathroom situation in the rooms is not ideal. That specifically killed it for me, I showered in the spa changing room. I booked the hotel because it had a spa and a good gym. Also, I like the residence area for guest. Was a nice place to work. It’s a good stay to just get on about your business. Ambience is good overall.
Disliked: For such a big building, the design feels tight. The room layout could be better. Dont like the sink/wash basin being in the open. Not enough cupboard space, plus the fact that I ate out on all 3 nights rather than choosing the hotel restaurant is saying something. The bar staff were not friendly.

Liked: Exceptional services from staff, so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is aesthetically stunning! Very close to everything.
Disliked: Unfortunately the spa which was our main reason for booking this hotel was extremely disappointing. It is a small space and not regulated so completely packed, we didn’t even stay half due to it being loud and uncomfortable.
