Liked: The bonus complimentary car service within a 2 mile area was really useful.
Disliked: The staff was grumpy- the hostess at the breakfast place, The breakfast was very boring after the first day and very basic. Could have offered more. You offer complimentary breakfast but make it as minimal/ basic as possible… not cool. Better not to offer breakfast at all.

Liked: I recently stayed at The London in West Hollywood and had a generally pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer care I received from the hostess, Deborah. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Additionally, the housekeeper, Ines, did a fantastic job ensuring my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.However, I did find the front desk staff a bit too quick with everything. While I appreciate efficiency, their overly fast-paced approach made me feel like just another guest, rather than a valued individual. It would have been nice if they took a little more time to engage and make me feel more special.Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement, but the service from Deborah and Ines definitely stood out.
