Disliked: There is no soundproof and our room was in front of service rooms so you always hear slamming of doors at all times.

Liked: The berakfast was perfect. The staff at Breakfast were excellent as well. Very pleased with this experience and I highly recommned that you include breakfast
Disliked: There could have a few more vegetarian / vegan choices but still amazing

Great stay. Wish they would...

Liked: The design is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose a loft or higher, the bathrooms usually have showers and toilets, the lighting is great, and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like that I asked for a room with an e-bidet/shower toilet and picked the room category that had it, but it wasn't provided. Unfortunately, my schedule was pretty busy, so I couldn't ask for a room change. But it would have been great if they had responded to my request from the beginning, as always.

Classy, fun and hip hotel...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, simple, elegant. Fun lobby with pool table and lively activity, but not loud or obnoxious in any way. Classy. The staff was very accommodating and the manager really helped me out and showed grace in a misunderstanding. He was able to refund a charge that was unexpected. The rooms also very nice, with lots of room and attention to detail.

The 7 nights edition experiance.

Liked: The hotel and staff were great, the location was perfect.
Disliked: The isolation between rooms are not that great, I can hear other people when they are a little loud and if someone is snoring. I expected to get an upgrade or a discount for somone who stays for 7 days, but I didn't, nor I got a future offer if I decided to come back.
