Unfair treatment and discrimination at...

Disliked: Paid for three persons and reserved two doubles. The rude and arrogant front female staff forced us stay in one king bed with NO ALTERNATIVE OPTION. She only kept saying that the room I reserved was unavailable and it was what it is. It was completely unacceptable.
