A couple of nice days...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect.
Disliked: That they automatically charged a tip on room services. Didn’t know till I got the bill, I tipped the room service person when he delivered the food ( s very nice tip. ) .

The location and staff are...

Liked: Location, room, accessibility to the city, security and organization provided by the staff during the parade. Felt safe and secure during a hectic time in the city.
Disliked: Toilet flusher jammed but we were able to remedy it. The vent in the bedroom appeared to have black mold growing on it.

Boring and a waste of...

Liked: nothing, stuff was rude. They tell they have free breakfast they don’t. Room was outdated and towels were gross

Overall not the stay we...

Liked: Nice pool and leisure facilities.Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Twin double room, beds are really small only supplied one pillow each when asked for extras told they could only give us 2.Had to wait till 18:30 to get our room as it was not ready when we checked in at 17:00.
