Liked: I don’t think I had a high expectation as I only needed a place to rest for the evening before a long trip. The room was clean and stocked with free water (two bottles). Bed was really comfy. It’s the breakfast. I expected to get a continental breakfast. I walked into an entire breakfast hall! I was kind of blown away because I completely underestimated. I’m very happy.
Disliked: Checking in was…maybe it was the party in front of me being difficult but I ended up waiting since there’s only one person working at night and if there’s someone else there, they didn’t bother to come out to assist.

Liked: Location is really the only good thing about this hotel.
Disliked: Moldy floors in the room, employees cleaning late at night, room wasn’t cleaned properly.

Liked: I chose this hotel because it was the most affordable one I could find in NYC. I didn't know what to expect, so I was delighted when the rooms were clean and large enough for my wheelchair. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast selection blew my mind.
