Rude staff, air conditioner does...

Liked: The room was clean, reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioner did not work correctly. 37° outside and after 6 hours it was still cooler outside than in the room. It took 13 hours to cool the room suitability. We live in a much hotter climate, and are used to heat, but we want to be comfortable when staying at a motel. There is only a heat lamp in the bathroom which didn't help much with the issue of heat. When I approached the lady in reception she was very defensive and incredibly rude. We got to town every 2 to 4 weeks, and we will NEVER stay in this motel again.
