Disliked: Mattress was a bit soft for us worn more on one side than the other but everyone has different opinions.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Location is perfect, just in the heart of Williams. So it’s ideal whether you’d like to visit route 66 or Grand Canyon. Hotel is very nice with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit small but still very clean, well equipped and super cozy. TV has very nice variety of channels. Breakfast was delicious. Frankly I definitely recommend to stay at this place and I would love to come back here one day.
Disliked: Very soft mattress.

Liked: Facilities were ok but can’t see how this is a 5 star rated location. Was more like 3 stars. Expected more for the rating. The dinner recommendation was excellent.
Disliked: Didn’t like the basic facilities for a 5 star rated location. Would have been happy if it indicated 3.5 stars.
