Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to another room. Or have another bed brought in? We were moved and it felt comfortable but to sleep throughout the night was not very pleasant

Liked: What a fantastic establishment! Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms with good facilities. 11 out of 10!! If I'm ever in the area again and need somewhere to stay this would be my 1st choice.

Clean but I think you...

Liked: The check in process was nice and easy and we were given our room with no issues. The room was clean and we had plenty of fresh towels etc. Free parking right outside was a bonus and the location was central Williams and made a nice location to mooch before setting off again.
Disliked: The room was clearly very dated and had quite a musty smell and was smaller then expected. Not much room to move around and put cases on floor etc. The fridge made a very annoying loud buzz and the AC was so noisy! Whilst I didn't expect a 5 star, it did feel like it was expensive for what we got.
