Exceptional hotel. Extremely well appointed...

Liked: We booked this as a last minute deal and were not disappointed. We booked an executive room and paid a little more for this room type and it is certainly worth the upgrade. The view was to die for. Truly spectacular. An unobscured view from the room and from the balcony out onto Loch Lomond. The room was extremely well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The food was exceptional and the choice of beverages at the bar was sufficient, but not extensive. We dined in the evening and had breakfast and I had the Haggis, needs and tatties in the evening which was amazing and I had the full English for breakfast which was superb too. The location of the hotel was spot on - we were about a 3 minute walk into the village of Luss, which is really picturesque and well worth a visit, especially the view from the pier and the quaint gift shops. There is truly nothing, not to like about this hotel. I would stay again in a heart beat.
Disliked: There was nothing in the hotel that I did not like, apart from the real ale choice. There were two Loch Lomond beers on draughty - one was a wheat beer, and the other was a pilsner. It’s a shame that there was no real ale on draughty available. But that’s a very, very minor negative and would never stop me from going again. This hotel is amazing and if I could award it 11 out of 10, I would.
