Disliked: The heating system. Tried to get heat pump to work to heat room. Couldn’t do so. Was the heat pump only for air conditioning in the summer? It was rather confusing trying to get the room heated.

Disliked: The shower handle was broken. The coach could use some cleaning.

Lovely spot but didn’t meet...

Liked: Beautiful view. Easy to find and access the accommodation. Parking was good.Village Pizzeria in Harrison Hot Springs made us an exceptionally good pizza.
Disliked: Air con didn’t work. Pillows were too solid and the mattress was very soft. With such a beautiful view the windows really need to be kept clean.

Overpriced stay

Liked: The location is great, but that's about it.
Disliked: Suite #3 faces the parking lot, so if you want privacy of any kind you must close the blinds and forget about the view. Cleaning is a disaster: It feels like the place is abandoned. We had to clean the chairs & little table outside that was COMPLETELY COVERED in spider webs & dust. Tbh, the whole property requires a deep cleaning. If the main reason to be here is to enjoy the lake view, the patio should be wiped clean after each guest, no? I'm sharing photos of the coffee maker which was my biggest surprise - I don't think it was EVER cleaned before. Another big "NO", as this is the only way to get coffee at the property.Beach access (yes), but no chairs or anything around.We also asked for a late check out - received the "ok" - just to have the cleaning crew at my door at the regular time. Overall, very very overpriced!

Disappointed, was expecting high-end experience...

Liked: Location and views of the lake were amazing.
Disliked: The room was dirty, full of bugs and cobwebs. Aircon unit was leaking down the wall. Not worth the price we paid.
