Liked: We have stayed at the hotel a few times already.The team is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The rooms are recently refurbished and it is an absolutely pleasure to stay.Plus good food in the hotel restaurant.Super close to the tube station so easy to get around in London.

Disliked: Only issue was breakfast plates were cold so breakfast went cold quick , even though breakfast was great

Liked: Location, cleanliness, staff. Parking was easy right outside the hotel door. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Niti was very friendly and super attentive. As were all the staff from start to finish. Helpful and chatty. Can’t commend them highly enough. Room was nice and warm. The hotel is dog friendly and everyone was welcoming to our pet. The double bed in the executive double was quite simply the best bed ever. Better than the Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur, the Grand Hyatt in Dubai and the Oberoi in Calcutta! A very good bed. Top notch.
Disliked: Notice of renovations was on the website so we were expecting that. Strong smell of damp in the rear ground floor corridor leading to our room. One particular back of house member of staff was very rude and bossy to one of the waiters…spoke in a demeaning way to him in front of guests. Not very nice to witness and we hope it’s not a regular occurrence.

Liked: Nice and clean hotel, close to underground metro station
Disliked: Even though I showed the reservation to the staff they kept telling me it's a mistake and they can't give us that room we have in our reservation because the price paid is not high enough. In the end they agreed to give us the room, after they told us how we should thank them because they did an exception. I again showed them that I booked that exact room and if it is available I don't underatand what they want from us. They insisted that we should thank them because we get the room that we booked.
