Disliked: Although in the middle of being refurbished clean, modern and tidy.

2nd stay here

Liked: The location was excellent and staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Even though there was refurbishment work going on we didn't see any of this and it didn't effect our stay. There was a vast selection at breakfast too.
Disliked: The room was so hot we didn't sleep properly for 2 nights, which is a shame as the bed was so comfortable. We ended up having to have the velux window open all night which was noisy. I can't believe how much traffic there was even in the early hours!

Very nice, good value stay

Liked: I really liked this hotel. It's a bit out of center, but the tube station is only a few blocks away and that's why the place isn't as expensive as other London hotels. The area is nice. The staff is really nice. The lady who checked me in helped me with my luggage and stayed to explain how the A/C worked. The bed was comfortable and though I stayed in one of the smallest rooms, I still had room to do a bit of yoga. Good wifi. I really have no complaints.
Disliked: Nothing really. Do pay attention to how to get to your room, though. The place is a bit of a maze.
