The Lodge at Zion Country, Springdale

Fantastic quick stay with comfy...

Liked: I was impressed with the comfort and luxury of the room. The bed was soft and felt luxurious as well. We also visited the hot tub during our stay which has a wonderful view! The entire pool area would be fantastic in summer, but it was still warm enough to catch a little sun and tan in mid November which was a special surprise.

No Breakfast

Liked: Nice place, loved the furniture and decorations for the room.
Disliked: It was hard to find the numbers on the buildings in the dark. Couldn't see them from the road, I had to get out of the car and walk to see where I had to go. Also bummed there wasn't free breakfast. I picked a place, making sure breakfast was included and in the morning, the only thing available was coffee, no real sugar. Couldn't figure out how to work the coffee machine in the room. Nice place other than not having any food available. I guess the restaurant grand opening was that night. That's how my life rolls.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was beautiful as well as the location. So close to the enterance ti the park with a walkable town.
Disliked: We loved it all.

“Excellent Stay at The Lodge...

Liked: Our stay at The Lodge at Zion in Springdale was wonderful. The location is stunning, nestled among colorful mountains, and the lodge was easy to find. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and smooth. Our room was cozy, with comfortable beds, soft sheets, and a well-equipped bathroom. The coffee machine was a Nespresso, and when we needed extra capsules, the staff generously provided them, as they’re hard to find nearby (the nearest Walmart is in Hurricane, not Springdale).We had an exceptional experience with the staff’s honesty and helpfulness. After realizing we’d forgotten our computer in the room upon reaching Bryce, we called the lodge, and they confirmed they had found it. They guided us on how to retrieve it, and when we returned the next day, the staff still remembered us and made sure we got our computer back easily.The lodge is conveniently located near the entrance to Zion National Park, with a shuttle service close by. Although the local restaurants and shops were a bit pricey, the overall experience was great. We had no complaints and would highly recommend The Lodge at Zion for its excellent service, friendly staff, and unbeatable location.
Disliked: Little pricey!

Lovely place to stay

Liked: The room we had was very newly renovated and beautifully decorated! They also had a nespresso machine in there which was a great touch. Incredible views too from all around!
Disliked: There wasn’t breakfast included but we didn’t mind

Wrong room an unavailable management

Liked: The location in Springdale was great and the parking lots are directly in front of the buildings.
Disliked: When we booked, the lodge was owned by Windham and we booked a family room with a bunkbed and a double. Upon arrival we were notified that the owner changed and also the room types. We had now a double bed and a sleeping couch instead of the bunk bed. Which was really annoying as our children don't do well with sharing a bed and the sleeping couch was a lot more narrow than two si gle matrasses would be.We complained at the front desk but were redirected to booking. Contacted to booking and they said the owner is non-responsive and we should contact them directly or use the chance to give feedback here.So... overall not the most pleasant experience and while the staff at the front desk was very friendly, the management failed us big times here.The breakfast consisted of a snackbox including frozen apple juice, a plastic-wrapped muffin, boiled eggs without shell and some other things. The breakfast room was about to be finised in about 2 weeks after our stay.Wouldn't go back with the experience we had, mainly because of lack of customer service.
