Expensive and room facilities were...

Liked: The shower in the bathroom was nice. The Indoor fireplace worked for a bit on the first day which was great but then it stopped working the rest of the stay.
Disliked: Fireplace didn't work inside or outside, room had a funny smell and it was too expensive for what it was.Private Outdoor Bathtub is also NOT PRIVATE and all the rooms with balconies around you look into the Bathing area which means that the bath is not really functional unless you wear a costume?

Liked: Gorgeous, love the spread out uncontested areas of hotel. Excellent breakfast choices. Wine tasting was a bonus.

Very pretty hotel with an...

Liked: It’s a really nice property with large rooms and a very relaxed feel. The spa was excellent. I had a massage and my friend a facial and they were both really good. The restaurant next door to the hotel was next level. We might have overlooked it but other people staying at the hotel told us it was meant to be good and they were not wrong. The food and wine was fantastic. Breakfast was good in the hotel restaurant.
Disliked: It was frustrating how early everything closes. We were lucky to arrive from London at 7:55pm as the restaurant in the hotel closes at 8pm. Even room service! So any later and we wouldn’t have been able to eat anything. All restaurants close early locally but I would expect a hotel to always have room service options.
