I thought the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend this...

Liked: Brand recognition this property has built over a number of years is the reason I initially chose this property. That and a mid-week deal made for what I thought would be a great combo.
Disliked: The facility was dirty, so much so my daughter and I had to check out after being on the property for only 30 minutes. The facility had a clear, sticky substance on the bedside table, trash and food in the desk drawer from a former guest, the lamp, armoire, remote and bedside table were dusty. It was like the room had not had attention for some time. Additionally, the beds were lumpy, and how could guests depend on the cleanliness of the bedding if the room was initially presented as dirty. I requested a check-out just 30 minutes after arriving due to these conditions. The hotel refused and insisted o take up the issue with the third party. We left and sought alternate accommodations because we did not want to put our personal safety at risk.
