Liked: Staff all friendly and wonderful
Disliked: The weather conditions

Great place, we will return.

Liked: The property and location are great and the breakfast exceeded expectations.
Disliked: Spider webs. Like it didn't get any walk through before being occupied.

Disappointed that hotel only offered...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Would prefer sausages more browned & waffles less sweet. But overall eReally good. Need to provide salt & pepper. Woman managing the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Bed way too firm. Sink had leaking pipes underneath, which apparently was a known issue, & yet we were still placed in the room - compleyely unacceptable. My husband managed to tighten the sink trap a bit so at least we didn't hear dripping all night long. But no resolution to our request for a discount. We had to try & dry the floor ourselves but still a bit slippery & messy.

Best hotel experience we’ve had...

Liked: Great location on the Rogue River with a beautiful view of the river. Updated expansive rooms with a balcony and cozy furnishings. Service was friendly and they were eager to serve.
