Avoid this place.
Liked: Room was a dump. Fought off flies. A laughably pathetic excuse for a lodging room. We liked nothing about this tired old place.
Disliked: Everything.

Mediocre at best.
Liked: The soaking tubs were neat, the floor needed to be cleaned. The larger rooms were pretty cool. The lobby was nice. Some of the staff were great others were not very friendly.
Disliked: The first room they put us in was not rentable. The whole building with one queen bed rooms needs to be remodeled. We were able to upgrade to a better room. They should probably just not serve breakfast. No butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, eggs. Just bread and jam, waffles, cereal and milk, buiscuits and gravy. Apparently there had been a power outage a week prior and they had to through out a bunch of food. So buy more?? Get a generator?? And the internet was basically garbage. Please upgrade to Starlink. And clean your windows!

Liked: The best feature of this place was the on-site hot springs.
Disliked: We arrived on 9/6/24 and stayed one night with a large group. Through booking.com, we paid $273 for an Exec queen room. Upon arrival we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we were upgraded to a King which was up the flight of steps and across the catwalk. My husband is handicapped and unable to do the stairs so we were put in a petite queen room in the trailer. Two other couples in our group had the same experience that night. The room was so small, my husband and I could not stand next to each other, and you could sit on the bed to brush your teeth in the sink that was in the bedroom next to the bed and the toilet and shower stall was in the small closet size room. The bed was concave, the floor was cruddy, and inside the drawers had soiled marks. Tried speaking to Gary, the manager the next day but he was not interested in even listening to me--totally disgusted with even being approached. Breakfast was left over from the previous morning, minimal bagels and biscuits and the sausage gravy was cold in a crockpot reheated. There was very limited Wi-Fi, could only access in their bar area so I called today 9/16/24 and spoke with Amanda to discuss the issues given the petite queen was $146 per night. Since we booked on booking.com, the hotel was not interested in any type of reimbursement for the room reduction change. Blamed the price on the Hemp festival held across the street. Many of the campers from the festival walked over in the am asking for breakfast. The price of the rooms are overpriced given the poor quality and amenities for this hotel.

Was fine but probably won’t...
Liked: Beautiful setting
Disliked: Distance from Missoula misleading,no WiFi except in Lodge, the term hot springs is misleading as there were two large bathtub type “pools”, there is a swim pool but you had to pay extra to use it.

Way overpriced for what we...
Liked: Having no cell service or internet
Disliked: Hot springs seemed more like a hot tub, pool cost extra to go into, breakfast was terrible. There was a cannabis festival going on across the street, should have been made aware of this before we checked in
