Wonderful- we’ll be back!

Liked: We loved everything about our stay! The breakfast was delicious as was the food offerings at the lounge in the evenings. The shuttle was so prompt and convenient!
Disliked: Our hallways had a couple plug in air fresheners, I think they were trying to cover the smell of someone smoking pot because it was a funky mix, but literally only on our hallway. I’m also really sensitive to smells so it possibly wasn’t as bad to everyone else.

The hardware at this property...

Liked: Nothing went well at this property.
Disliked: The door hardware for this property is so outdated that you can get trapped in the bathroom for hours. This was my experience at the hotel.

We would stay here again...

Liked: Staff was great and helpful. Clean rooms. Very nice comfortable bed. Room fridge and ice machine was good for enjoying drinks in the hot tub.

Liked: Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Sauna, outdoor whirlpool was closed yet still charged full price. I chose this hotel for those amenities. Also, room cleaning staff did a very poor job. I stayed 6 nights, they never cleaned the bathroom or cleaned anything.
