Disliked: Breakfast ran out of options pretty quickly despite running from 7am-10am and some of the drink machines were brokenTowels in rooms were low qualityPlace felt a little dirty/ignored since it was the off season

Was super happy to be...

Liked: Aesthetics were pleasing. Breakfast and coffee were good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t accommodating on putting us in a room next to friends party, after saying they would be. The elevator was broken the whole time. Noticed the front desk ladies gossiping about people complaining about having to walk up stairs and it being difficult for them. The fire alarm went off at 7am waking everybody up not once but twice in a row.

Disliked: I left an expensive jacket in the closet, when I called about trying to recover I was told it wasn’t there. Not happy!

Liked: Our room was very clean and the hotel was very nice! Great location. All of the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was amazing! The outside hot tub was awesome! Was cool sitting under the stars and relaxing.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the pool, which was kind of a bummer because we booked the hotel for the pool for the kids. The pool was very gritty on the bottom, my daughter actually cut her toe on it. (Nothing too serious but my 6 year old was bummed) It hurt to walk on and it was also a bit cold. The soaking tub was out of order, which I understand that happens, but the second night we stayed the outside hot tub was so full we had to swim in the big pool which isn’t a big deal, but the pool was so cold it made it not so fun!
