Liked: The accommodations were amazing. I have never seen windows and mirrors and floors that clean! Would’ve loved a room that had a really good view of one of the verandas but that’s a bit-pick. We were hoping for at least a continental breakfast, but that was about all that we could really say we were disappointed in. The stay was great!
Disliked: Full or continental breakfast included would be nice. And free bottled water.

Superb

Liked: Charming hotel with very quiet rooms even though Freeway close. Staff was helpful and courteous. Great place if you are traveling alone or with groups of friends. Close to Healdsburg City Center.

Disliked: Outside and patios not set up. Doors locked like we were in a crime area. No free coffee available in lobby. No real amenities.

Liked: Good value for money, comfortable location
Disliked: Room was not ready for us as a family when we arrived. They fixed it quickly, but staff was unfriendly at the desk.

Well managed and great getaway

Liked: Brook (manager) really knows how to treat guests well. She made up for the deficiencies of the night staff, who were less than attentive. It’s a beautiful property, I’ll definitely book a stay there again.
